Planning Manager
Responsibilities:
* Reporting to Finance Director
* Overview of the Role:
o Overall responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis section
o Provide all aspects of management accounting in supporting the decision making process
o Support the Business Units/Functional directors/Product Managers
o Manage the bottom line on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis through continuous analysis and monitoring of sales, expenses, risks and opportunities to achieve the target sales and income in the Approved Plan
o Responsible for the coordination, compilation and preparation of the Strategic Planning, the long range operating plans and the short-term operating plans across multiple functional areas
o Develop, coordinate, compile and align the Country Grid to the Asia Grid and track milestone/progress
o Review pricing proposals and liaise with Asia Operations
o Responsible for the computation and submission of inter-company prices
o Analyze business/pharmaceutical information and report to Management
o Responsible for Compliance and OVS (our values and standards)
Requirements:
* Hold Bachelor (S1) degree in Finance/Accounting
* Master degree in related course is preferable
* Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and performance analysis
* Fluency in English both verbal and written
* High proficiency in Excel spreadsheet
* Excellent communication skills
