Training and Development Manager

Responsibilities:
* Training and Development Manager who is able to training and develop, plan, coordinate and evaluate the development of employees’ capabilities in their skills, knowledge and behavior in their job or for future career growth to meet.
* Specific Responsibilities:
o Will lead the thrust in developing and implementing strategies on leadership development, organizational development and human capital management.
o Implement and develop such ideas into a good and solid training and development concept.
o Conduct or direct all training programs.
o Manage training needs analysis, conduct training module development, ensure training schedule and training delivery runs well
o Analyze program results to enhance training effectiveness
o Responsible rolling out all projects in Human Capital Management i.e. talent management, succession planning, retention, performance management, etc

Requirements:
* Graduate from respected / reputable university with min S1 / S2 in Human Resources Management or a related discipline (psychology / human resource management / teaching background).
* At least 5 - 7 years experiences in Training Department, Organizational and Leadership Development.
* Previous solid experience in developing leaders in large local or multinational corporations.
* Preferably from multinational company and familiar to conduct training needs analysis, provide training support for line manager as well as to Monitor and evaluate training and Development program.
* Possesses strong analytical thinking and leadership skill.
* Able to work independently and also work with an integrated multi-discipline team.
* Has good communication skill, verbally as well as in writing.
* Proficiency in written & spoken English
