Our client, a well known building management service located in Bandung is seeking for a dynamic and communicative person as Tenant Relation Officer.
The incumbent will be in charge in handling complaint from tenants and maintaining relation between tenants and building management, also handling administration duties.

TENANT RELATION OFFICER

Requirements:
* Preferably female, age 23 - 30  years old
* Associate / bachelor degree from any major
* Has working experience as tenant relation / customer service / marketing / account executive at least 1 year, preferably with building management service background
* Good communication skill in English and  Bahasa, verbally as well as in writing
* Computer literate
* Dynamics and possesses strong interpersonal skill
* Able to work independently as well as with a team
