Whilst looking to grow our product base with several new exciting flavors we are also looking to expand regionally and internationally. In order to achieve this planned growth and with a view to strengthening our head office team, we are looking to hire EXCEPTIONAL people for the following role:
PROCUREMENT MANAGER (Bali)
Responsibilities:
* To ensure timely completion of arrival material meeting target & time needed
* Build, control supplier performance due get Quality Cost Delivery Target of Company
* Build, apply, improve quality procedure of purchasing and procurement
* Responsible to purchase Raw Material, Supporting Material, Marketing Collateral, Company facility
* Prepared purchasing report daily, monthly, set up purchasing KPO, ISO Documentation
* Develop a strong vendor base
Requirements:
* Maximum age 35 years old
* Education Background S1
* Having experience min 3 years in similar position
* Strong analytical thinking, negotiation skill, interpersonal skill, willingness to learn
* Responsible for the management of all purchasing-related & repeat buying activities
* Managing of subcontractor including sub-con activities, sub-con fee negotiation and continuous drive for cost and other areas of improvement
* Able to make estimation and costing of materials
* Able to manage and build client relationship and have strong interpersonal skills for customer relation management
* Having strong negotiation skulls with excellent communication
* Manage and control day to day administration and operation of Purchasing includes inventory control and PPIC process
* Ability to source and negotiate optimal overseas suppliers and material
* Establish, maintain, and improve the policies and procedures to ensure an appropriate balance of controls and efficiency
* Positive mind set, stable, dynamic, mature, responsible and highly motivated with excellent communication and must have strong leadership skill, analytical ability, and problem solving & decision making skill
* Ability to work in a team and individually, honesty, discipline, willingness to work under pressure and over time
* Export Import process knowledge advantage
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Computer / internet
* Verifiable work history
