Managing Director (Manufacturiung Business Unit)
Responsibilities:
* Establish, develop and implement manufacturing strategies and operations (Production, PDD/R&D, QA, PPIC, Procurement, Warehouse, etc)
* Coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Organization
* Planning, managing, coordinating all of the Manufacturing activities including successfully launching of new products
Requirements:
* Recognized Degree in any discipline.
* Minimum 3 years of Manufacturing/Operation director with revenue previous company min 500 billion.
* Strong knowledge on production processes, operation work flow, quality cycles, management principles, etc.
* Demonstrated strong business acumen with proven track records.
* Visionary, result-oriented and performance-driven.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Age between 40 – 50 years old.
