* Able to Coordinating Regional Agency in Pontianak & Batam
* Able to Conduct Training & Recruit for Agency
* Target Achievement Oriented
* Have a good Target achievement / Production history
* Able to enhance the target annualy
* Able to work under pressure
* Team player and highly motivated
* Proficient in spoken and written English
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Pleasant personality, positive attitude and team player
