Responsibilities:
* Manage the operational and activities of the company. Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Male/Female, between 35 - 45 years of age
* Fluent in English both oral and written
* Minimum S1/Degree from reputable University with excellent result
* Minimum 5 years experience in related field and position
* Animation or Media Business experience will be an advantage
* Good HR and Administration skills
* Good ability to manage finance plans
* Strong management ability and excellent communication skills to all level
* Willing to be located in Batam
