Financial Controller
Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate and timely production of all financial and management reports as required
* Monitor for companies’ compliance with all Indonesia statutory requirements including taxation & financial reporting
* Provide internal controls and reconciliations for accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial data
* Ensure operational vigilance on managing general costs
* Highlight and recommend to the management areas for improvement as necessary
* Coordinate commercial matters relating to Company activities including contract administration, contract services, legal services, external audit and insurance arrangements
* Providing administrative support required by the Holding Company, General Manager, or other Department managers
* Train and develop staff to high level of competency
* Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Degree in Accountancy with at least 8 years working experience in auditing and/or accounting & with at least 3 years’ finance managerial experience.
* Good knowledge and understanding of local and International accounting standards and income tax matters
* Self-motivated with demonstrated leadership, initiative and teamwork skills
* Able to multi-task and work under pressure within tight reporting deadlines
* Proficiency in written and spoken English
* Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, and meticulous with an eye for details
