Assistant Recruitment Consultants

Job description
An Assistant recruitment consultant is responsible for helping consultants who helping employer clients to recruit staff for job vacancies. These vacancies can be permanent or temporary roles, and can range from junior level staff to managers and directors.
Assistant recruitment consultants together with recruitment consultants develop an understanding of their client’s requirements, then identify potential staff (candidates) through existing contacts or by advertising roles/headhunting (executive search). They assess candidates’ skills through interviews, tests and background checks, then make recommendations to their client.

Requirements
- Fresh graduates from reputable university, any background are welcome to apply
- Male/Female is fine, age below 30 years old
- Presentable, high self confidence, ambition and drive
- Must be able to communication in English
- Excellent communication skills – especially negotiating and influencing
- Eagerness to learn and handle responsibility
- The capacity to handle multiple priorities
- Flexibility and commitment
- The ability to work under pressure
