Training & Development Assistant (TDA)
Responsibilities:
* The successful candidate will be responsible to manage overall training process (Identification, TNA, Process & Evaluation, Reporting) and assuring compliance modules with needs. Candidates will design & develop training syllabus, recording, and monitoring. Candidates will conduct orientation & induction programs. Candidates will manage individual development plan & handling management trainee program
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in psychology
* Having strong experience in training process including assessment
* Familiar with competency base, profilling and performance management
* Willing to work under pressure and prefer with outdoor program
* Have understanding with SAP is an advantage
* English language and computer literacy are important
* Proactive, independent, self starter, strong leadership skills, systematic, having pleasant personality and possess good interpersonal skill
* Able to design & analyse training expense
* Good understanding with training mandays & matrix qualifications
