* Good in depth knowledge of Job Analysis, Hay Job Evaluation, Performance Management, Reward Management, Talent Management, Career Planning and People Development, Balanced Scorecard.
* More than 3 years experience in same or equivalent position.
* Good in communication & leadership
* Have positive attitude & a passion in meeting and developing individuals & groups.
* Willing to travel
* Proficiency in English language (written & spoken)
