Legal and Liaison Officer
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and liaising with Kantor Notaris / Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (”PPAT”) on incorporation of new companies and drafting of relevant secretarial documents e.g. change of Directors, signatories etc
* Ensure appropriate filing of “Akta” and other related documents of existing and new companies, agreements, land related documents and other legal documents on “sosialisasi” activities
* Liaising with other departments, relevant authorities and Kantor Notaris on “perijinan” and land related works
Requirements:
* Possess a Sarjana Hukum from a reputable university
* Aged between 28 - 30 years old
* At least 3 to 4 years experience in a Kantor Notaris / PPAT
* Familiar with law and regulation of incorporation of company
* Conversant with Indonesian tax, “perijinan” and land related matters in Indonesia
* Full of initiative, besides being independent and enthusiastic
* Proactive , a quick learner and team player
* Good interpersonal skills and willing to travel to various parts of Indonesia
* Ability to read, write and converse in English Language is an added advantage
