Training & Recruitment Officer
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for recruitment process : Psychological or assessment develop matrix competency & placement.
* Responsible in handling training program conduct TNA, arrange training, etc.
Requirements:
* Female, max. 35 years old
* Hold Bachelor (S1) degree majoring in Psychology
* Experience in designing training program for 1-2 years
* Experience in handling recruitment process
* Knowledge in ISO 9001:2000
* Excellent Computer skill ( MS. Office : Power Point, Word, Excel )
* Well experienced in using statistic program
* Adaptable excellent analytical skill and presentation skill, self stater
