Product Support Head
Responsibilities:
* Perform 2nd level support for base products in case of error or defect.
* Analyze error or defects, provide solutions and perform impact analysis to be used by developers to fix the errors.
* Analyze & improve internal process in order to give better support to customers.
* Managing resources to ensure effective operations of products support activities.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
* At least 5 years of working experience in IT companies or projects as software analyst / engineer.
* Proven track record in managing people.
* Having exposure to financial industry is highly preferred.
* Strong background in Java and VB.
* Applicants must be willing to work in BSD - Tangerang.
