Production Supervisor
Requirements:
* Male, Single. Max 35 years old
* Degree Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (IPK 2.80)
* Having min 3 years in production department of manufacturing industry
* Having strong leadership and good supervisory skill
* Broad range of experience in managing people across all levels of an organization
* Computer literature. (Microsoft Office & Auto CAD)
* Good in English, both oral & written.
* Strong technical knowledge of all aspects of production and post-production.
* Knowledge about HSE, ISO 9001-2000, SMK3 (Certification is a plus)
* Develop new work procedure and work instruction pertaining to 5S requirement, maintenance of work procedure
* Able to work under pressure in time and objective
* Willing to be placed in Duri - Pekanbaru, Sumatera
