Responsibilities:
* To deliver training module, to modify training material and monitor the market trends for training purposes.
* To provide training and development monthly reports.
* To implement training and development activities.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree in HRM/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
* Maximum age 35 years old.
* At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Good presentation and communication skills and posses self-confidence.
* Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.
* Applicant must be willing to travel Jakarta, Bandung.
