Yeakin Plastic Industry Pte Ltd began its operations in June 1981 provides integrated one-stop service including mould design, mould fabrication, injection moulding, secondary processes and sub-assembly. The Company has grown into an organization with operations in Singapore, Batam (Indonesia) and the Peoples Republic of China (PRC) and specializes in design and fabrication of high precision steel moulds and the manufacturing of high quality engineering plastic components.
QA Engineer
Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of QA Inspectors.
* Ensure inspection and testing methods meet customers’ specified quality requirements.
* Ensure inspection, measuring and test equipment are calibrated and maintained accordingly.
* Perform GR&R and CpK Studies on inspections and testing equipment.
* Monitor and measure quality performances.
* Ensure corrective actions are initiated, implemented and effective.
* Identify and implement appropriate statistical techniques.
* Support QA Reliability tests.
* Support customer quality and liaison with customers on new product issues.
Requirements:
* Min. Diploma or degree in QME or relevant discipline with 3 years working experience in a similar capacity in the manufacturing industry.
* Capable of handling and follow-up on all customers’ complaint.
* Good understanding and knowledge on metrology and calibration methods.
* Experience in ISO 9000/14000 Auditing is an advantage.
* Station at Batam, Indonesia.
