Manager Human Resource Department
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing the whole HR functions including Recruitment and Organization Development, Industrial Reation, Compentation and Benefit. The incumbent is also responsible to ensure the implementation program and suport business process in company.
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/Mangement from Reputable University.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field and min. 3 years in similar position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Strong mangement and oragnizational skill.
* Excelent verbal communication and interpersonal skill.
* Excelent spokenand written in English.
* Computer literate, familiarity with relevant computer program and database systems.
