Requirements:
* Male/Female, Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline from a reputable university, 6-8 years experience in HR area
* Having knowledge in human resources strategic, balance scorecard, performance management, compensation & benefit, ISO 9001; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001
* Having hands on skill in human resources, management, industrial relationship & safety, tax and payroll computation
* Well-versed in employment-related government regulations and statutory requirement
* Strong analytical mind, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
* Ability to design and implementing HR strategy to improve organization
* Excellent communictaion and interpersonal skills with credibility to interact with senior levels or management from both internal and external perspective
