Requirements:
* Male / Female, maximum 35 years old
* Hold S1 degree major in Psychology, Statistic, Business and Management. Master degree will be preferred
* Minimum 3 years experience in related field
* Able to design, implement, maintain, and enhance HR system and policy
* Fluency in English both oral and written
* Good computer literacy
* Good analytical thinking and sense of curiosity
* Dynamic, active, enthusiastic and hard worker
* Willing to travel to our branches for several assignments
