PT Agro Harapan Lestari. We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in Oil Palm Plantations, Breweries, Financial Services and Leisure. Agro Group is the Groups’ plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 60,000 hectares of plantations and mills in Kalimantan Tengah and Kalimantan Timur. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be based in Jakarta and Kalimantan.
Legal Assistant
Responsibilities:
* Assist in structuring, drafting and administering legal contracts of a diverse nature, and assist in company incorporation activities in consultation with legal advisors and experts.
* Draft & review all operating contracts and Agreements, assess internal exposures to different regulations, and advise the management of legal risks and exposures.
* Research on various legislation, update and maintain a database of changes to Statutes and legislation affecting the Plantation operations of the Group locally and in the regions it carries out its business activities.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Law or equivalent, additional qualifications in related fields such as finance, business management etc., will be an added advantage.
* Required skill(s): Commercial law, land law.
* Required language(s): English.
* Attorney-at-law / Law graduate,
* Ability to work with limited supervision in a computerised environment,
* Excellent command of English language both spoken and written and good inter personal skills are essential requirements.
