Authorized Service Provider (ASP) Staff
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform all activities within ASP Loan, Order, and Claim Management function in order to support operational activities in ASP department which aligned with the prevailing company policy and procedure.
* Monitor loan status of ASP member from clarify system in order to ensure the implementation of SOP is being well implemented
* Create Spare Part Order (SPO) to Spare Part Department in order to obtain the required sparepart properly and timely
* Liaise with sparepart planning function regarding unavailability of sparepart issue so as to speed up the process of sparepart supply
* Create Invoice for sparepart purchase of non warranty or warranty void of the damaged sparepart to ASP’s sender
* Analyze and prepare monthly sales report, delivery claim report, and outsourcing claim report to be submitted to superior in order to support superior’s action plan and preventive action
* Prepare ASP monthly claim report to be verified by ASP Manager in order to get the approval from Service Operation Manager and submitted to Finance department
* Monitor payment from ASP and follow up if there are pending status
Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in Accounting
* Minimum of three years experience in finance & accounting division or related function
* Having experience in service industry will be preferred
