Responsibilities:
* Make job advertisements and publish it
* Sort candidate’s profile regarding with the requirements
* Arrange Job Expo, Campus Event Recruitment schedule
* Coordinate and maintain cooperation with inter department as users
* Coordinate and maintain cooperation with head hunters
* Psychological test / Interview scheduling & administrations for recruitment process
* Maintain absence recruitment report
* HR Document Filing & Correspondence
* Administer employee / applicant data
* Based on Bandung
Requirements:
* Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or Communications preferred
* Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply or minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Recruitment/Public Relation preferred
* Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills  Â
* Excellent presentation, negotiation skills and human relations
* Can work under pressure, both in independently and as a part of team
* Competent in Filing and Administration
* Computer literate is a must
* Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa
