Business Relation Officer (BRO)

Responsibilities:
* Create job advertisements and publish.
* Sort applicants’ CVs according to the requirements.
* Arrange Job Expo, Campus Event Recruitment schedules.
* Coordinate and maintain cooperation with inter department as users.
* Coordinate and maintain cooperation with head hunters and recruitment agencies and companies.
* Conduct Psychological test / Interview scheduling & administrations for recruitment process.
* Maintain recruitment reports.
* Maintain HR Document Filing & Correspondence.
* Administer applicants’ data.

Requirements:
* Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or Communications preferred.
* Maximum age 30 years old.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in Recruitment/Public Relation preferred.
* Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work under pressure, both independently and as a part of team.
* Competent in Filing and Administration.
* Computer literate is a must .
* Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa.
