Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
* Duties and Responsibilities:
o Manages the smooth flow of operations by optimizing the utilization of existing resources within the budgeted cost.
o Ensure the achievement of Key Performance Indicators of client.
o Continuously look for and implement process flow improvements for better warehouse efficiency.
o Coordinates with client concerning operational strategies, planning and issues that will affect effective performance.
o Ensures proper implementation of company policies and procedures; instill quality work of all staff.
o Continuously look for enhancements of WMS and other DC related systems.
o Ensures that all jobs/special instructions are properly accomplished and carried out on time.
o Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Requirements:
o Technical Qualifications:
+ Have a strong & hands on knowledge in warehouse & distribution both in business activities & field operational
+ Have a hands on experience with any system of WMS
+ Expertise in utilization of Microsoft Excel for analytical, reporting & presentation purposes
+ Ability to communicate in English both written and spoken is a must
+ Knowledge on Transport Management would be an advantage
+ 3 – 4 years experiences in Supervisor level
+ Age between 30 – 35 years old
