Call Center (M - TI)

Responsibilities:
* Giving best services to the customer by phone
* Giving solutions to the customer
* Giving information about banking product to the customer

Requirements:

* Male. with maximum age 25 years old
* University background, Min. D3 Must from Computer Science (Manajemen Informatika,Sist.Informasi,Tek.Informatika,Tek.Komputer) with last GPA 2,5.
* Experience as Call Center or Customer Service minimum 3 months.
* Have a good communication skill.
* Good Comand In English Will Be advantage.
* Good interpersonal skill and persuasive.
* Capable in Handling Complaint with Empathy and Willing to Seek for Information to Solve Problem at Work .
* Hard worker and could work under pressure.
* Good Interpersonal Skill with Outgoing and Pleasant Personality
* WILLING TO WORK IN FLEXIBLE TIME (SHIFTING).
* Capable in Handling Complaint with Empathy
* Good Interpersonal Skill with Outgoing and Pleasant Personality
* Customer and Services Oriented
