Service Assistant / Customer Service
Responsibilities:
* Supply the information on the bank product types and benefits in line with the customer’s
* need.
* Assist Account Officer in marketing activity of loan products to customer thorough the
* community banking, solicitation and other activities supporting the market opportunity’s
* acceleration (new customers).
* Assist the customers in completing the required documents as the requirements for credit
* proposal such as the credit application letter, Taxpayer Registration Number, and other
* documentations related to the loan administration process and in line with the established
* target.
* Assist the customers in the loan transaction administration including form’s filling up,
* tickets, and the complenetess of customer compulsory data.
* Respond to complaints conveyed by customers related to the credit proposal procedure.
* Accept the Standing Instruction application and account feasibility audit as the transaction
* funding source.
* Accept the data change application of customer’s identity or account.
* Establish the report related to the loan administration.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferred language(s): Chinese.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Full-Time positions available.
